There’s no refrigerator.

It's a good place for travelers. I found a different view of Dammam in the evening.

The space is a little small for activities in the room. The price of canteen is over than the market price. I guess it affects the quantities of your customers.

No Tooth Brush, Paste…..

They have changed the room as the first room given was with a kind of artifiial window without Light. That was quite kidnful for me.

Chinese restaurant is closed and very difficult for the guest from Japan or China.

Location, Room ambience

Breakfast spread. Maintennace deptt. There was an issue in the bathtub, informed the front desk to fix it... next morrning the problem was still there.

Easy process of admission. Quick response to requests. Welcoming attitude of the staff; particularly Housing staff. Generosity in replacements of toiletries. Humorous rapport with reception desk staff when asked why there is no sea view from my room she said " we shall shift the sea course to be near your room".

Rails or handles around the bath to be leaned on when the guest is in a fatigue state. Ceiling lamp if locate in the center of the room.

Parking

Hotel is located in a very congested area A/C is very cold and cannot be controlled Some of reception employees are not welcoming Old furnitures

Is there something to be liked in this hotel??

Not welcoming staff, no assistance at the help desk. during the daytime, you will find trainee staff doing nothing and unable to provide any help. Old style hotel rooms but charging like 4 stars. Old bedding. Very small TV screen with limited channel options. Very hot water to bath, as no cold water supply due to high temperatures in Dammam. Breakfast, as well not having variety, having limited items. Poor cafe on ground floor. Business center temperature not mounted sometimes very hot and on the other time very cold. During the whole training session (3 days) snacks before lunch available but after lunch no filling. Last day was pathetic at this hotel's business center.

Housekeeping Room was fresh and clean. Property was well maintained.

Wifi connectivity inside my room no. 510 was poor. Out side room very good. But need to ensure the connectivity inside room has good and strong signal. No Facility to take print out thru USBs.

Restaurant is small and men can go to family area without any restriction. Services room is very bad also first time when I get in the suite that i reserved I found it very dirty they didn't clean it or prepared it after the pervious guest left the suite

The room was soo dusty.. The Aircon was not working properly... and there’s a french Fries and hair on my bed when I check in.. No cold water in the shower..

I can't think of anything. Ok... maybe the curtains blocks the light completely which is great to have a long sleep in the day time.

- The receptionist was "Trainee" and gave me hard time to check me in. She did not know anything about what she was suppose to do. Nor that she was friendly. I waited patiently and did not say anything to her, but finished after nearly 20 minutes of frustration. - I wrote to the property that I need extra towels. They replied "We can arrange that for you". When I arrived, however, there were only one old and rottened towel. I am trying to understand what did they mean by they can arrange that for me??!!! - When I got into the room, the finishing of the floor was cheap wood, which is totally what I did not expect. - Very late at the first night I went to bed to sleep, and there was the big disappointment. After I tuck myself in the bed, I started to smell rotten cheese close to my nose, after investigating it turns out that the bed sheets were not changed from the last guest nor the sheet over the blanket. What a very disappointing and disgusting situation I was in!!!! - In the morning I complained to the manager who replied in very cold tone: "would you like us to change your sheet now?" seriously??? Is this even a question?!! - On my check out I also -unfortunately- was handled by the same "trainee" who is slow and cold and did not know how to do her job. I am very very disappointed :-(

The Hotel is accessible to the City Center near to stores and restaurants. Its easily noticed because of its unique color. The rooms are well clustered to smoking and non smoking section.The rooms are really spacious. The Hotel appears to be clean. The staff are nice and friendly.

The towels are clean how ever it looks old the edges are tattered. Toothbrush was not immediately provided in the room. Some of the rooms are not receiving natural light from the widow its difficult to determine weather its already morning . The meals in the resto is quite pricy.
